The farmhouse stays open all year round.
Reservation : written confirmation either by fax or e-mail, and a deposit of 30% of the total amount, is necessary in order to confirm your reservation.
The deposit can be paid either by online bank transferal, or by postal order.
The balance will be paid on location, in cash or with credit card.
- On arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of 150€, to cover for any damages, which will be returned on departure if not used.
- The prices are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed with the Client, and include water, electricity and heating use, linen for the bedroom and bathroom, and general cleaning of the apartments.
It is possible to ask for extra cleaning at a charge of 20€, and an extra change of linen at a charge of € 10,00 .
- Check in time is between 16.00 – 20.00 (unless otherwise arranged), and check out time is 10.00 in the morning.
- A child’s bed and chair are available free of charge, on request.
Charges in case of cancellation :
In the case of cancellation the following charges apply:
- In high season (July, August, Christmas, and Easter) :
Cancellation 30 days prior – 30% charge of total price
Cancellation 20 days prior – 50% charge of total price
Cancellation 10 days prior – 70% charge of total price
Cancellation 07 days prior – 80% charge of total price
No show – 100% charge
- In low season (all the other periods of the year):
The charge is always 30% of the total price
IMPORTANT In high season the Client is obliged to pay the full sum of their reserved stay, even if they decide to reduce the number of nights reserved.
